III．MainContentsoftheGuaranteesTheCompanyintendstoprovidejointandseveralliabilityguaranteesforthebelowloansandcreditfacilitiesofAnpon.

1.Loanforworkingcapital,electronicnotes,LetterofCredit(L/C)andtradefinance,whichwillnotexceedRMB150million,tobeprovidedbyIndustrialandCommercialBankofChina(HuaianBranch),withacredittermfromSep17th2026toDec31st2027.

2.Loanforworkingcapital,LetterofCredit(L/C),tradefinanceandelectronicnotes,whichwillnotexceedRMB90million,tobeprovidedbyHuai’anQingJiangpuBranchofAgriculturalBankofChina,withacredittermfromOct10th2026toApr9th2028.

3.Loanforworkingcapital,LetterofCredit(L/C),tradefinanceandelectronicnotes,
